Only show the "not adjusted" message if the ingredient line contains any numbers at all #255

There might be lines in the ingredient list without any numbers like headings or vague ingredients ("salt to taste"). These do not need the "not adjusted" message because it is intended as warning if some amount can't be parsed correctly.
