feat(Grid): add pushAll() method #90

For very large existing grids (8k+), this prevents ...hexes multiple expansions of the regular push() method.

Hi. Thanks for the PR. I'm sorry, but I won't consider this, because I will make the current beta version of the library the stable version soon. Sorry for the inconvenience...
