Some LEP measurement updates #122

I've added some LEP Z and W leptonic decay measurements which were missing, and which we decided to include to make flavio more complete even at the expense of having a consistent set of data.

Also, one measurement didn't have an inspire reference (the only one if my regexp was correct), so I added that.

Coverage remained the same at 93.89% when pulling 8bea8d242b0bccecf1663abbe139317043c6ecf5 on MJKirk:measurements-inspire-update into ea735bd8febbb961d249eddf338a4960c1fbee69 on flav-io:master.
