Use sample weights when determining Gaussian approximation of HQET b->c form factor parameters #214

In the current implementation of the $b\to c$ form factors based on arXiv:1908.09398, the weights provided with the samples (https://zenodo.org/record/3376898) have not been taken into account. This is fixed by the present PR. The parameters are extracted from the samples as in https://gist.github.com/peterstangl/ed3e62e62afa738cc6761e85fa9b49ca
