sip.flagonc.com timeout #2

Working on the udemy course, lab 3.1. The url api4com works, but not flagonc.

I keep getting timeout errors

Strange, it is pinging for me:

Ping works fine, but using the url in the conf files, asterisk shows timeouts.

The website (flagonc.com) itself looks like a parked site, and the sip.flagonc.com does not contain the dialer, only "namecheap" and "related links"

I've used (http://sip.flagonc.com) and the dialer appeared.

Not sure what happened on my side then. I tested from home and work and nothing was working.
