I can't move up and down when I'm in the menu of Skate IT #1

I tried lifting my phone,but it doesn't move. When I move the phone in the air fast'it moves, but comes back to middle of the screen. Moving left and right is normal. I use Samsung Galaxy S3.

The wiggling you see is the game's response to the accelerometer, the ir sensor is emulated using a touchpad like interface in the black area of the screen.

But I also tried using ir emulation and it doesn't even work
