Seeking a new maintainer / Notice of end-of-maintenance #19

Hello! I'm going to stop maintaining this resource, since I no longer use Concourse in my daily job or open-source work.

If you'd like to take over maintenance, please respond to this issue and we can discuss it.

If nobody reaches out by August 31, 2021, I will archive this repository.

Alas, no volunteers have stepped forward to take over maintenance, so I'm archiving.
