Publish conda package to feed (prefix.dev is likely okay). (feedback 1-2) #7

Submitted to conda-forge here https://github.com/conda-forge/staged-recipes/pull/26083#issuecomment-2062634346 as further reading indicated that might be OK. However, there may be more manual steps when updating.

Also submitted to prefix.dev (although still an issue with upload in CI to fix), and to pypi.
