Logs should be visible in admin interface #129

Perhaps we should allow the error number shown while indexing to be
hyperlinked to a view of the indexer log file? For remote access, maybe
this  should open in a new page with a large scrollable text box.

Or even just open the log file in a new page of the browser! Would be great to 
skip
to the time the error occurred, but this may be overkill.
