In the Options page, the default dropdown has a "default" value: this is confusing. #131

The option should either be given a more useful (explanatory) name, or removed.

The newly-installed app should have a sensible default logging level (INFO?)

The default for a newly installed Flax is currently "warning", which I think is
probably right. Anything lower and you quickly get an awful lot of logging info 
that
you probably don't want. Anything moreand you might miss stuff you really 
should see.

I tend to agree, about the default logging level.

The other possibility is INFO, which gives details of, for example, which files 
are
being indexed.  On the other hand, it obscures details of any problems.

I think WARNING should be the default, but we should suggest (in a FAQ?) that 
people
change the level to INFO if they're having problems.
