uninstalling leaves some stuff without notification #154

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the windows installer.
2. Start a windows command shell and cd to the installed Flax directory
3. uninstall Flax.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The directory that's in use by the command shell is not deleted, but Flax
does not warn that it was not able to delete everything

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Not sure we can do much about this. The installer attempts to reverse any 
changes
that the installer makes, but may not be clever enough to tell you if something
failed to delete because it was open...in some cases it may ask you to reboot.
