During installation, can't open Getting Started file automatically #159

"Unable to execute file: c:\program files\flax basic
\GettingStartedOnWindows.htm" as The system cannot find the file specified"

Can open it from the Program menu though.

This was on Windows Vista Enterprise - ("logged on as a normal user, I ran the
flaxbasic0_9_891setup.exe with elevated privileges")
