Installer reboots before installing service #160

The installer often needs to install the Microsoft Installer package;
however if it does this it asks to reboot straight away and skips the
'install as service' and 'getting started' checkboxes.

Fixed in 0.9.892 - we now start the service within the install script, earlier 
than
before.
