Cannot enter admin password

Gopal Rao Maddali reports that he cannot enter a password during setup, and
the same happens if he runs 'startflax --enter-admin-password'. Apparently
input is not accepted by the program.

Strange, can't reproduce this. Do we know what versions of windows and python 
he is
running? Perhaps he's set windows up to use a non-standard shell? What shell is 
he
using when he does it manually?

He'll be using the version of Python we install as part of Flax. I'm trying to 
ask
him more...I suspect since he's in India there will be something non-standard 
in his
setup. I'm not surprised we can't reproduce it here.

This seems to be due to the fact that nothing, not even a '*', is shown when you
enter the password - so it can look like nothing you type is having an effect.
Leaving this open to remind me to add to the Help and FAQ.

Modified the text shown on the password screen and added to the FAQ. Fixed for 
now,
