Errors should provide a 'Back' or 'Home' link #166

For example if you choose an existing collection name you get a '400 Bad
Request' error  - it would be good to have a 'Back' or a 'Home' link
somewhere or at least a hint to try this, otherwise the user is left in limbo.

Generic error template - display message heading, details, and link back to 
home (or
admin home, if error resulted from an admin page.)

Quick hack to display friendlier error message with link back to previous page.
Details are hidden as HTML comments, accessible if necessary.
