Should we underline hyperlinks? #171

The current UI uses blue colouring to identify hyperlinks. Having recently
turned down the brightness on my screen I now find it quite hard to see the
hyperlinks: so I can't easily tell that I can edit a collection by clicking
its name, or that there are various links in the About page. Perhaps we
should underline the links (or create a new optional style for some links)

I believe Tom changed the CSS so the hyperlinks are now more visible.  Is this 
bug
fixed, therefore?
