Should have a nicer interface for telling flax to serve files itself. #183

Currently, flax can be configured to serve files itself, rather than
returning a link to an external server, by adding the magic value "FLAX"
for the mapping.  This is a bit of an ugly interface, a bit confusing for
users, and technically could conflict with a different URI mapping scheme
in use (though this last is rather unlikely).

Instead, perhaps we should have a checkbox next to each mapping which tells
flax to serve the file itself.  Or maybe some other, nicer, interface.

We should also verify that *something* is entered for the Mapping, some users 
have
been leaving it blank - there's no error message, you just end up with all the 
result
links mapped to the Flax root.
