About page needs more descriptive text #69

I've added an "About" page, which currently just contains the version
number of Flax which is running.

It should also contain descriptive text about Flax, probably with links to
the flax.co.uk website, but also should give contact details for us, and
try to sell the idea of us providing services and support for Flax.

Assigning this to Charlie as its a marketing sort of thing. ;-P
