Scheduled indexing does not start when indexing of a different collection completes. #95

1. Create two collections (they can point at the same files).
2. Start one indexing.
3. While this is in progress, schedule the other collection to index next.
4. The buttons should be [In progress] [Hold] / [Scheduled] [Hold]
5. When the first finishes, the second collection does not start indexing.
6. It can be forced by clicking [Hold] and then [Unhold]
