I also raised the Checksum from SHA1 to SHA512

I also just discovered that the advanced package was never approved - https://community.chocolatey.org/packages/sql-server-express-adv#versionhistory, and that I don't have maintainer access to that package. I presume @riezebosch decided not to go ahead with the package (possibly as there's other similar ones?)

I'm sorry, it's me that redirected @bmcatherasoo to this repo and I wasn't aware that this package was never really published. If there's demand for it I can make @flcdrg also the maintainer of this one?

@riezebosch yes, if you'd like to make me maintainer for https://community.chocolatey.org/packages/sql-server-express-adv I can get this updated.

I'm closing this PR in favour of #141

If you do still want a 2019 version let me know and I can manually generate a version for that.
