Minor update to latest azure-pipeline-agent package

2.160.1 is a preview version. Can you make the version number 2.160.1-preview to be consistent. It will require people use the -pre parameter, but at least the package will be usable.

FYI this package auto updates (but just for non-preview releases), but in this case it might be good to manually push this version out seeing as there's the problem with 2.160.0
