Update to guacamole 1.5.5 #123

Updated version to 1.5.5 that fixes memory leaks with RDP and SSH connections Alpine base image version is locked at 3.19.0 so we can continue to use postgresql13 Tomcat updated to version 9.0.89

do not push in main but dev... dev is already 1.5.5
