tagged_item table is not updated when object is deleted #132

When I create an object with a tag and then delete it again, nether the tag
nor the row in tagged_items is deleted. So the tagged_items table is
inconsistent and <tag>.items.count gives me the wrong result.

If this is not fixable easyly, maybe a small script that deletes those
entrys is in order?

there was a bug with the descriptor which was fixed in r144
