Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Many Sonarqube issues have not been fixed over the previous commits as visible on: https://github.com/fledge-power/fledge-south-iec104/pull/70

Describe the solution you'd like Fix as many of those as possible (some might not be doable due to Fledge interface requirements).
