Error while executing make for 61850 South plugin #28

Hello Team,

I am facing below issue while building the south plugin on fledge, any help here would be appreciated.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install fledge using Source code
  2. Set the FLEDGE_ROOT env variable to fledge root
  3. Follow the sequence given for the installation
  4. Error will be seen while executing the make command
