Please support enabling the LVFS #173

The LVFS can be enabled by changing the value of /etc/fwupd/remotes.d/lvfs.conf -- it's disabled by default on RHEL and enabled by default on Fedora. Any questions very welcome. Thanks!

There are two things we're generally not keen to support in Fleet Commander:

Delivering content or apps (backgrounds, certificates, rpms..)
Doing host configuration management

My take is that to handle this dynamically this is Cockpit/Ansible territory.

The line is rather blurred here so I'm always open to discuss but in principle I don't think this is something we want to support.

As per existing RHEL deployments, I'd say this is something that should be handled by Satellite?
