Attempting First PR: readme and a few other minor changes.

Using Visual Studio for this one. I only got through about half the wallet-interactions. But, I'm not seeing an intuitive way to Preview the Markdown in the IDE. Added some to README.md. I did some editing to index.md and getting-started.md.

One point is that it is I don't know how to check how it looks on the endpoint documentation. Be good to know how to preview it, so if I have borked the indents I can fix it before creating a PR.

I'm about half-way through editing wallet-contributions.md. I thought I'd push this to make sure Visual Studio is working well enough. It also doesn't seem to have in-built markdown preview. So, currently only doing a quick check after committing and pushing to my fork.

Changes made after merging:

• Removed .vs dir
• Removed examples page, lets wait for a better place for it, for now it's located at core package readme
• Did some conceptual fixes
• Did a few more changes on index
• Removed nanoErgs info block: I think this is best suitable for a "Core principles" page, since all amounts are used as unit on Fleet
  • Removed returning examples, it will be done dynamically latter, with the docs page actually interacting with the user's wallet
