🚀 perf(home_history_and_submission.dart): add BootstrapAlert to show information to users The cards in HomeMenu now have an elevation and a border radius to improve their appearance. In HomeHistoryAndSubmission, BootstrapAlert is added to show information to users. The alert is dismissible and has a leading icon, status, and margin.
