feat: refactor submit reviewer

🔥 chore(reviewer_submit): remove AgunanCard widget The ReviewerAgunanSectionButton widget is added to replace the AgunanCard widget. The ReviewerAgunanSectionButton widget provides a more modular and reusable way to handle the agunan section in the ReviewerSubmitView. The AgunanCard widget is removed as it is no longer needed.
