Global shortcuts for desktop/ web

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I want to be able to use global hotkeys for the desktop app

Describe the solution you'd like

• use hotkey_manager to map a global hot key.
• Add two hot keys (one to open the app, another to create a new note)
• above hotkeys should be configurable in the settings
