Better support lists / sublists in editor

Describe the solution you'd like

• tab to indent sublist and shift+ tab to unindent
• Add button to indent and unindent mobile toolbar
• checkout how other apps deal with sublists

Additional context One feature I'd like to see is being able to indent dashes so I can create sublists. My main use case is using interstitial journaling where I'll have a time entry, then under that bullets and sub-bullets for different things I have done or am planning to do. Anyhow, thanks for your work.
