Same title error #116

Describe the bug Sometimes sync doesn't work because same title

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set sync type to one-way sync
  2. Create a note in Fleeting Notes with title "Hello"
  3. Sync with Obsidian
  4. Delete note from FN and create another note with "Hello"
  5. Sync with Obsidian, see error

this might not be a bug. just tested it out
