For the Mobile App: add ability to create note when i start the App Fleeting Notes in the settings #136

as the title says. I would like to be directly confronted with a blank note, when i startup the app.

Also would i like: when I press in a part of a Note, I cant write, only when I press directly on the line I can write. Its nothing special just a QOL for me.

Adding my +1 to this. Often, clicking on the app brings me back to the settings page of all places, since that's where I was last. There's very few situations where I'd see this as desired behavior.
