Create needed file structure automatically #1

Instead of having the user needing to make the needed directories run a check to make sure the paths exists. if they do not, create them

AC:

Upon application initialization run a check for the existence of following paths
- ~/.var/app/org.zdoom.GZDoom/.config/gzdoom
- ~/.var/app/org.zdoom.GZDoom/.config/gzdoom/mods
- If the paths do not exist create them
