The application needs to verify that GZDoom is installed and let the user know if it is not.

AC:

Upon application initialization verify the installation of flatpak version of GZDoom
- (best way to do this: flatpak list)
If GZDoom flatpak is not installed, let the user know they will not be able to proceed with instructions on how to install.
