Help file contents are not opening #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Downloaded the chm file & opened it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Helpfile shyould llist out the content, but it displays 'page cannot be 
found error'

I just tried this and it worked fine.  Perhaps your download got corrupted?  
The MD5
hash of the file should be 1a6d8747e2e93173e13ccd6206591515.

If one downloads the help file using IE7, he/she needs to unblock the help file 
to 
get it to work. To do this, one would right-click the file, select Properties 
and 
select Unblock.
