Fix dev homedir permissions #39

Before, sshfs failed because the private SSH key wasn't readable by dev!

The first chown is indeed useless and since you chose to remove it here, I suggest doing the same in other scripts for consistency :)

Yes I did it too (commercial and admin, at least)
