I don't want to get into the practice of having tons of command line options for many small tweaks. The "kitchen sink" approach is what ruins apps like Word, IMHO. I will leave this open for anyone else who may be interested, however.

Hey Fletcher, I added support for minted in an optional way (--minted option to mmd executable), so by default it still uses listings and doesn't add any new dependency. Hope it's OK :-)
