Creating Complete HTML #123

Readme says you should include metadata to create complete documents.

How do I include HTML-metadata in markdown file?

I want to generate complete HTML to specify encoding.

Metadata is described in the user manual and documentation. You're also welcome to use the discussion list to ask for help for questions.

But I'd prefer to keep the issues for actual bug reports and software issues.
