Supply source tarballs of tags including the submodules #129

Can you supply tarballs of mmd versions (tags) which include the whole source tree (including also the submodules)? The automatically generated tarballs from GitHub include git submodules only as empty folders.

I wanted to update the Homebrew package of peg-multimarkdown to version 3.6.

The submodules are separate git projects, and can be downloaded as such. Or you run the init script to set them up from github.
