Add a link to mathjax cdn in the header #81

Hello,

Could you add a link to mathjax CDN in the HTML header: this is a great solution to load mathjax easily. http://www.mathjax.org/docs/1.1/start.html#using-the-mathjax-content-delivery-network-cdn

You can already do this. Check out the Sample Document if you need an example.
