Create a maintenance area where users can customize and save their own custom aspect ratios to constrain the canvas to. This area should allow them to:

[ ] add new ratios
[ ] delete ratios
[ ] edit ratios
[ ] display the list of ratios in a neat, organized way
[ ] save and load custom ratios in between Aseprite user sessions

This feature request was requested by @zeepixels on Twitter here

This doesn't solve the above; but v1.2 will introduce a way to define your own ratio. This is the beginning of working towards this issue.
