Convertible Tree List has sizing bug when collapsed #289

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Run ConvertibleTreeList example
  2. Collapse the bottom panel
  3. The panel is about 30-40 pixels too wide

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? The panel should not have those extra pixels
