arranging a maximized window does not change the icon in the top right to restore.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. maximize a MDIWindow
2. cascade the window
3. the window state shows maximized

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I would have expected to see the window state change to restore

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 2.5 on linux

Please provide any additional information below.
