How can we run a coplanar RF waveguide simulation?

What settings would you recommend for RF simulations?

It would be great to have some examples on running RF simulations

Yeah the previous model that I made is still not working very robustly. Whether finding the correct mode depends on many details. I can pick it up again and test it a bit more.
