not clear on how far away we are from:

[ ] roles with coach, athlete, and admin
[ ] protected routes that restrict data from being publicly available
- [ ] defining access restrictions for existing routes
[ ] assigning a program to an athlete

next steps

clean up auth and make the app usable for coach to assign program
step up the API for video upload using S3
billing
