BUG: Document QC: Field to concatenate document title is not populated on QC screen

Describe the Bug For event code AFF, the document QC screen is not displaying the previousDocument selected when the document was filed. The field displays but has no document selected.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login as petitioner
2. Go to case
3. File a AFF
4. select Petition as the previous document
5. Submit
6. Login as docket clerk
7. Go to Document QC Inbox
8. Click AFF link

Expected Behavior All fields entered when the document was filed should be populated on the Document QC screen. The previousDocument field should display Petition.

Actual Behavior previousDocument field displays but is not populated.
