To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log in as Judge greaves
2. Go to the trial session working copy for an upcoming trial
3. Download all cases
4. See error

As noted in the PR, this doesn't attempt to solve the underlying problem, but rather fix the conditions around how issues archiving a case are presented to both the user and the tech lead / engineering team for further diagnosis.
