As the DAWSON application, I need to replace the current Quill rich text editor with an application that provides ongoing support so I can enable future development and iteration.
Pre-Conditions
Acceptance Criteria
RTE must provide a feature set at least on par with current Quill solution
RTE provides the ability to add/edit/delete footnotes on appropriate documents such as orders and opinions
RTE retains formatting when copy/pasting from a 3rd party application like MS-Word
RTE should not reformat paragraph indentations when moving back and forth from the application
RTE should be embedded in the DAWSON application in a seamless manner
