From the Relaunch Trello Card. As a team we want to better define what is psychological safety means and come up with a way to measure it on our team.
Mural board with lots of great data from the team - including crowd-sourced definitions of psychological safety, why it's important, how we might measure (and how frequently), and resources on learning more about psychological safety
1) Anonymous Surveys (quantitative data) - @liamccabe and @suiwong4 volunteered to carry this forward 2) 1x1s (qualitative data) - @rosiehighsmith1 volunteered to develop more of the how with this. To follow up with Mariah and Chris Colluro on whether they'd be available to participate in 1x1s (possibly leaving space during existing 1x1 to discuss psychological safety)
Note, frequency of measuring psychological safety to be determined.
As a product team, so that we___, we need ____.
Problem/Observation
This item came from a psychological safety brainstorm that was conducted during relaunch. Are there any experiments that we want to try? https://app.mural.co/t/flexion3139/m/flexion3139/1643043228299/dd97e3903c85842b5b1b86947696456d65137a4c?sender=u91c7d02f25378060d0ae4443
